Cancellations:
We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled within this window (or no-shows) will be forfeited.
Membership Terms:
Memberships require a 3-payment minimum commitment (initial month + 2 renewals). After this term, you may cancel at any time via the app or email before your next billing date. No notice period required.
Credit Rollover:
On select memberships, any unused credits from your monthly allowance roll over into the following month. Only your most recent month's credits carry over — credits already rolled from an earlier month won't roll again, so they can't stack up month on month.
Pass Sharing:
Flexi Passes (10 and 20 packs) are shareable with other registered Reformer LDN users. All shared users must have a signed waiver on file. Memberships and standard class packs are for individual use only.
Pass Expiries:
Passes are valid from the date of purchase.
