Movement is a non-negotiable for me—it's essential for both my mind and body. My happy place is outdoors on a bright day, enjoying a run in nature, followed by a good coffee and a chat with friends. Reformer Pilates has really taught me a new level of body awareness, which perfectly complements my love for running.

After years as a Registered Nurse and successfully running my own vintage jewellery business, I discovered my true passion for Pilates—especially Reformer Pilates! It gave me a fresh perspective on movement and body awareness, which completely transformed how I look after myself, and now I’m excited to help others experience the same.

I began Pilates 10 years ago while working in fashion. With a hectic travel schedule, Pilates became a constant in my life, providing stability and balance. As I experienced its benefits firsthand, especially for rehabilitation from running and other injuries, it quickly turned into a passion. Eventually, I decided to turn that passion into a career to help others work toward their own fitness goals.

Enthusiasm, guidance, and that extra push for the burn at any level! I love focusing on micro-adjustments for posture, ensuring everyone gets the most out of each movement and challenge in their workout.

My calmest moments are by the sea, especially along the cold, rugged Scottish coastline. There's something deeply grounding about the coast that I always feel drawn to.

I discovered Pilates about 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with how well it complemented my other types of training, from HIIT and functional workouts to running. With a background in dance and a love for yoga, the focus on form, control, and breath felt natural to me. After experiencing a few running injuries, I learned the value of consistency in strength and stability work, which has kept me dedicated to Pilates ever since.
-
In my classes, I create space for fun, exploration, and challenges, encouraging everyone to discover their inner strength. Expect to shake, wobble, and leave with a smile on your face!
-
My happy place is definitely outdoors—you’ll often find me walking or running, and whenever I can, I love spending time by the sea.

My interest in Pilates started during my dancer education. A friend of mine was doing her Pilates teacher training, and I ended up being her practice student. After that, I was hooked! It started out as something practical, helping me improve my dancing and prevent injuries, but over time, my passion for it really grew. Now, I love it more than ever, and teaching in London has been so invigorating—the Pilates scene here is incredible!

Expect a warm welcome, great music, and if you're in my intermediate class, a lot of creativity with springs, stability, and coordination challenges. I also love to throw in some fun props!
-
When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me either doing Pilates outdoors or exploring other studios. No matter how much I teach, I still love being a student! Outside of Pilates, I enjoy cooking, doing food photography, hanging out in the park with my dog, or dancing (mostly in my living room), especially Brazilian Zouk, which I absolutely love.

My journey with movement started with martial arts, gymnastics, and rowing. I transitioned to teaching Pilates over eight years ago, drawn to its balance of strength, control, and mindfulness. It's the perfect blend of physical and mental challenge.

My fitness journey began in the Brazilian army. I was a professional trainer there and worked with high-performance athletes. After ten years of reshaping minds and bodies, I moved to the UK. I then worked as a singer and dancer in musical theatre. Through these experiences I learned the importance of looking after your body. I know how essential flexibility, injury prevention, and high energy levels are.
-
In my classes the focus is on understanding what you are doing and how to improve. We work on preventing problems that may stop you from exercising. My goal is to help you feel more aware of your body while getting stronger.
-
I find my happy place in movement. For me, that means being active and staying in tune with my body. I believe all exercise is better when it's both fun and challenging.

I discovered Pilates while teaching dance to children with disabilities. I was looking for activities that were both accessible and fun for every child. I wanted to find a way for them to build strength, flexibility, and a joyful connection to their bodies. When I found Pilates it felt like a missing piece. The focus on core control and mindful movement just clicked. I realised its principles could be modified to create a safe and empowering experience for everyone.

After 13 years in an office, I swapped my desk for dumbbells and found my passion in movement - first through CrossFit and pole dance and now, as a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I help others find their strength, confidence, and joy in movement.
Already working full-time with clients, I tried Reformer Pilates with a friend - and instantly fell in love. It’s an incredible way to build deep strength, improve mobility, and connect with your body on a whole new level. Now I’m proud to share that passion through my teaching.
-
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me outdoors with a coffee in hand. I’m probably somewhere lifting something heavy, pretending to enjoy a run, or catching flights to new countries - always the active way, walking miles and loving every step.
-
Expect good vibes and energy, encouragement, and a little sweat! My classes are all about building strength, improving form, and having fun while you work hard. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and maybe even surprised by what your body can do!

My Pilates journey began during the pandemic, when I started studying the method while we were all confined at home. That period made me realize how important mindful movement and body awareness are for both physical and mental health. After the lockdown, I decided to dedicate myself fully to teaching, and once I started working with clients, I knew I had found my true passion — helping people feel stronger, more balanced, and connected to themselves through Pilates.
-
When I’m not in the studio, I love exploring art galleries, enjoying good food, and spending time in nature — whether it’s a walk in the park or a weekend by the sea. Those moments recharge me and inspire me to bring more creativity and energy into my classes.

People can expect a dynamic, focused, and uplifting experience. I love creating sessions that are both challenging and mindful, helping each client move with control, awareness, and confidence. My goal is always to make everyone leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and proud of what their body can do.
