  • The Powerformer™ is a modified reformer engineered for strength training. Heavier springs to 44kg, an extra standing platform, a more stable build. Same Pilates principles. Built to deliver Strength Pilates — only at Reformer LDN.

  • In special circumstances — injury, illness, or pregnancy — extended pauses may be approved. Email info@reformerldn.co.uk and we'll work with you to find the right solution.

  • Yes, additional classes can be purchased at the same rate as your membership cost per session.

  • No, unused classes do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

  • Email info@reformerldn.co.uk at least 3 days before your next billing date. Miss the deadline and one final payment goes through — your membership stays active until the end of that cycle.

  • Yes — pause for up to 1 month in any 12-month period. Minimum 7 days, once per calendar month. Email info@reformerldn.co.uk at least 7 days before your next billing date.

  • Yes — memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. After that, they roll month to month and you can cancel anytime.

  • Our classes are open to all fitness levels. If you're new to Pilates or the Powerformer™, start with Foundation — same method, paced for technique. It's where new clients start and where regulars come back to.

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your class. We don't have a reception area, so please wait until the previous class has finished before coming in. Please be respectful of our neighbours while you wait.

  • Wear activewear that lets you move freely — leggings, shorts, or a fitted top. Grip socks are required for every class. A pair of our signature grip socks is included with the Power Intro. Bring a water bottle.

  • You must cancel, using the online booking system at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a late cancellation fee. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else on the waitlist.

  • If a spot opens up, you'll be added automatically and notified. Within 3 hours of class start, spots become first-come-first-served — watch your email or app notifications.

  • If you're more than 5 minutes late, you won't be able to enter the studio. Aim to arrive on time

  • We have changing facilities and toilets at the studio. No showers — come ready if you can.

  • Class times vary day to day — see the timetable for what's on.

  • Book through our website or the Momence mobile app — pick your class and time, book in a few clicks.

  • Yes — but talk to your doctor first. Let your instructor know you're pregnant so they can offer modifications. Only our Foundation classes are recommended during pregnancy.

  • Sign up directly on our website. Log into your account, choose your membership on the Buy page, and check out.

  • No, there’s no joining fee. You only pay for the classes you book.

  • Yes, we have bike parking available right outside the studio.
