Booking & your first class

I’m new to Pilates. What fitness level do I need?
None in particular — our classes are open to all fitness levels. If you’re new to Pilates or the Powerformer, start with Foundation: same method, paced for technique. It’s where new clients start and where regulars come back to.
How do I book?
Book through our website or the Momence app — pick your class, time, and studio, and book in a few clicks.
When should I arrive?
About 10 minutes before your class, and no earlier. Space between classes is tight, so please wait until the previous class has cleared before coming in, and be respectful of our neighbours while you wait.
What should I wear and bring?
Activewear you can move freely in — leggings, shorts, or a fitted top. Grip socks are required for every class; a pair of our signature grip socks is included with the Power Intro. Bring a water bottle.
What if I turn up late?
If you’re more than 5 minutes late we won’t be able to let you in — it’s a safety thing, and it keeps the class from being disrupted mid-flow. Aim to arrive in good time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel through the booking system at least 12 hours before your class to avoid a late-cancellation fee. That gives us time to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Will I get into class if I join the waitlist?
If a spot opens up, you’re added automatically and notified. Within 3 hours of the start time, spots become first-come, first-served — keep an eye on your email or app notifications.
Can I attend class if I’m pregnant?
Yes — but talk to your doctor first, and let your instructor know so they can offer modifications. During pregnancy we recommend Foundation classes only.

The Powerformer & the studios

What is the Powerformer™?
The Powerformer is a modified reformer engineered for strength training — heavier springs to 44kg, an extra standing platform, and a more stable build. Same Pilates principles, built to deliver Strength Pilates. Only at Reformer LDN.
Where are your studios?
Two, both in East London: Hoxton (E2 8HU) and Hackney Central (E9 6LJ). Full addresses, maps, and directions are on our Contact page.
What are the closest transport links?
Both studios sit close to Overground and bus links — see our Contact page for each address, the nearest stations, and map links to get to the door.
What are your opening hours?
Class times vary day to day and by studio — check the timetable for what’s on at Hoxton and Hackney Central.
Do you have showers or changing rooms?
Both studios have changing space and toilets. No showers — come ready if you can.
Do you have bike parking?
Yes — there’s bike parking right outside both studios.

Memberships, packs & billing

What membership options are available?
See current memberships on our Buy page — it’s always the up-to-date source for what’s on offer and the price.
How do I sign up for a membership?
Sign up on our website: log into your account, choose your membership on the Buy page, and check out.
Do you sell class packs?
Yes — see current class packs on our Buy page.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee. You only pay for the classes you book.
Is there a minimum commitment period for memberships?
Yes — memberships have a three-month minimum. After that they roll month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — pause for up to 1 month in any 12-month period. Minimum 7 days, once per calendar month. Email info@reformerldn.co.uk at least 7 days before your next billing date.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email info@reformerldn.co.uk at least 3 days before your next billing date. Miss the deadline and one final payment goes through — your membership stays active until the end of that cycle.
Can I carry over unused membership classes to the next month?
No — unused classes don’t roll over to the next billing cycle.
Can I buy additional classes if I use up my monthly allowance?
Yes — additional classes can be bought at the same per-session rate as your membership.
What if I need an extended pause for medical reasons?
In special circumstances — injury, illness, or pregnancy — extended pauses may be approved. Email info@reformerldn.co.uk and we’ll work with you to find the right solution.
