Classes use the Powerformer™ alongside weights, resistance bands, and blocks. Your instructor cues the setup for each exercise — when to add weight, when to change springs, when to push harder.
What to Wear
Grip socks are required for every class — safety and hygiene. A pair of our signature socks is included with the Power Intro.
Wear activewear that lets you move freely — leggings, shorts, or a top.
Ready to Start?
Arrive a few minutes early to check in and meet your instructor. If you're new to Pilates or to the Powerformer™, start with Foundation — same method, paced for technique.
