ABOUT

The Reformer LDN story

Australian reformer Pilates evolved differently. Heavier springs, more weights, harder work. London hadn't caught up.

We brought the Australian approach to East London — with the Powerformer™ to deliver it. Heavier springs. An extra standing platform. A more stable build. Engineered for strength training, not adapted for it.

A bright, welcoming space, a strong workout, and a team that lifts your day.

Clients leave stronger. They come back feeling better.

The Powerformer™

Every class runs on the Powerformer™. Adjustable springs, four ropes, two standing platforms. Your instructor cues the spring weight and the setup for each exercise — you choose how hard to work.

  • The carriage moves smoothly on wheels, giving you a dynamic and supportive surface for your workout.

  • The Powerformer™ has two standing platforms. The additional platform gives you more options for creative and challenging movements than a traditional reformer can. It helps you build strength and balance in new ways.

  • Underneath the moving carriage you will find coloured springs that adjust the resistance. Each colour provides a different level of resistance. This lets you increase or decrease the intensity of your workout.

  • The foot bar can be adjusted to suit your body and the movement you are doing. It helps you engage the right muscles as you build strength, balance, and flexibility.

  • The Powerformer™ uses four ropes with loops. This is two more than a traditional reformer. The extra ropes allow for a wider variety of exercises.

  • The handlebars on the Powerformer™ offer more options for your workout. This helps you build serious upper body and core strength.
