The fine print
Cancellations
Strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled within this window (or no-shows) are forfeited.
Membership terms
3-payment minimum (initial month + 2 renewals). After the term, cancel anytime via the app or email before your next billing date. No notice period.
Credit rollover
On Momentum and above, unused monthly credits roll over while your membership stays active.
Pass expiry
Packs and passes are prepaid and non-refundable. The expiry window is the term — classes not used within it expire.
