What 50 minutes looks like

Fifty minutes of Strength Pilates on the Powerformer — full-body strength, loaded and controlled. Low-impact on the joints, and challenging — in the best way.

01

Every session

Push, pull, hinge, squat, core — worked against real resistance. You build strength, not just mobility.

02

Where you start

Start in Foundation, our all-levels tier. Elevate and Power are there when you're ready — same method, more pace.

03

Your instructors

A warm, joyful team who put you through a proper strength session — and cue and correct you every step as you learn the Powerformer.

Built for every starting point

The Powerformer loads from 4kg to 44kg — very light to very heavy on the same machine. It works whether it's your first class or your fiftieth.

Questions

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. The Powerformer loads from 4kg, so every movement has a version that works on day one. Your instructor guides you the whole way — recommending spring settings and when to layer up — but how far you take it is always your call.

What do I bring?

Grip socks (yours are included with the intro) and water. That's it. Wear what you'd train in.

Can I use my classes across different tiers?

Yes — but start in Foundation, even if you've done Pilates before. The Powerformer is a bigger, heavier machine than a traditional reformer, so everyone takes a class or two to adjust. Find your feet there first, then move up to Elevate or Power.

Where are the studios?

Two studios in East London. Hoxton — Unit 1.2, 2B Shoreditch Exchange, Rosewood Building, Gorsuch Place, E2 8HU (Hoxton Overground, 2 minutes). Hackney Central — Railway Arch 192, Morning Lane, E9 6LJ (Hackney Central Overground, moments away). You pick your studio when you check out.

What happens after the intro?

Nothing automatic — no rolling membership, no surprise charge. If you want to keep going, you move onto a membership or class pack, whichever suits. See them all at reformerldn.co.uk/buy.
